Simple and user friendly

Support has been responsive. I would send an email and receive a response either on the same day or the next day. Some of the emails I send are regarding IRS updates and taxes, another one was on Worker's comp and they connected me to a Worder's comp expert who personally called me to explain or clarify some items. So far, I don't have any complaints at all. My experience has been positive.

Paychex keeps things simple and user friendly. They understand that not everyone is an accountant or consistently works with numbers, so they use simple language for everyone to understand. Having access to information online has also been very helpful. For instance, a manager can easily jump online to verify reports given by a user.

We are a healthcare small company, and mainly work remotely. We do not have a brick and mortar office, so being able to email payroll reports or giving upper management access to the PayChex website is very helpful. Flexibility is key. Reports generated by PayChex are easy to understand for users that are not in the accounting or finance department. I'm not sure where it would be less appropriate.
