We use Paycor to ensure accurate time punches and scheduling for all of our employees. Paycor has helped us simplify and streamline our payroll process. The user interface is easy to use and understand for all our employees, making errors fewer and further in between. It also makes it easier for management to identify and address any attendance issues.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Paycor has made it so much easier to track employee time punches. This allows our management to accurately make schedules, avoid over-time when possible, and address attendance issues in a timely manner. We have seen a dramatic increase in employee compliance to government regulations and office policies which has saved administration time by decreasing the need for coaching and/or disciplinary actions.
