Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor from recruiting to termination including: Recruiting, Payroll, Benefit Administration, and Performance. We have had issues with support and communication but are currently implementing their advanced support features in the next month and this will help to mitigate many of the issues we are currently facing with support.

There is always room for improvement. Our team has experience significant changes in the last few months for the better. We are happy to implement Paycor's Advanced Support in the coming weeks to mitigate most of the issues we have been having. We keep in touch constantly with our sales rep and relationship manager who have been amazing at making sure we have the products we need to run our organization successfully.
The only feature that our company does not use from Paycor is their scheduling feature, because we do not require it for our business model. We have implemented a paperless onboarding process and a paperless benefit enrollment in the last year utilizing Paycor. Many of our new team members are happy with the ease of the onboarding process with Paycor.
