Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity to run Payroll for Three separate Companies under one umbrella and to run commissions for approx 75 contractors. I have used other providers and had left Paylocity for the greener pasture. What I discovered was that Paylocity's ease of operation and the reporting packages were much better. I returned to Paylocity in less than a year.

- In my experience, the Tax Department seems to be backlogged and is a little sluggish in responding
- For me, trying to utilize the Benefits requires a lot of my time. I am working towards that but it is time consuming.
