Paylocity Support

The support I received for our tax issue was horrible. Took forever to get fixed. Asked again to send in the tax form that was originally sent.
ProsCons
Problems get solved
Slow Resolution
Poor followup
Less knowledgeable
Not kept informed
Escalation required
Difficult to get immediate help
Need to explain problems multiple times
Support doesn't seem to care
Slow Initial Response
I received excellent service and response to my tax issue from Aria Owens. Aria took the time to schedule a Zoom meeting to explain what transpired with our tax issue.
