Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for employee document filing, elearning, payroll, time tracking, ACA tracking and filing.
  • Records and tracks time
  • Document storage filing system
  • All in one reporting for multiple companies
  • Reports are the best in the industry
  • General ledger report is perfect and transfers to my different point of sale systems
  • Larger file storage per document
  • Would like to give access to everything in the employee area except salary information
  • An easier way for onboarding employees to add DL and SS docs
  • Reduced time and expenditures on ACA
  • Better access to employee data
  • Better reporting
ACA is almost fully automated. It was the thing I was most apprehensive about in signing up for Paylocity. It is better than I thought possible.
We have not engaged in this portion of the program.
