- Easy to use to combine several PDF files
- Have more editing tools such a creating geometric shapes, lines, circles, etc.
- Have better markup tools for architectural plans in PDF format.
- Saves hours of entering manual data from PDFs to an Excel Worksheet.
- Let's me create more spreadsheets that I normally would not be inclined to attempt because of initial time consumption of entering data manually.
- With the extra spreadsheets and workbooks created, I share these with coworkers to save time on estimating and eliminate many errors by manual calculations.
PDFelement has the best OCR and PDF converter but lacks extensive markup abilities.
