Overall Satisfaction with Pega Platform
The Pega Platform is being used across the litigating divisions of my Department as well as within my office. It is an upgrade over our current Oracle-based system which tracks all debts being litigated within my Department.
- Pega excels at process management and document generation
- The security that comes "out of the box" is very well designed and requires little additional work to ensure compatibility with our current systems.
- The Pega platform is great for allowing customization for each individual's business needs.
- I think during design, the Pega Platform needs greater tools for providing feedback during all areas of testing the product. Out of the box capabilities are somewhat limited.
- We have not fully deployed Pega (only about 1/2 of our current operational system has been replaced), so an ROI is hard to accurately develop at this time.
