Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

Our entire agency uses PowerDMS. It allows employees to quickly and easily access policies at any time. It allows for changes and updates to be made easily.
  • You are able to create training files that employees go through and sign off on.
  • You can easily search files by keywords.
  • Administrators can track who has read a particular file or not.
  • The site key is listed once a person has already logged in. This is not really helpful as someone needs the site key in order to initially log in.
  • It is easy to use for all users. We used to give a CD to employees with all policies on it. When one changed or we added one, we would have to burn CDs for everyone again. We have definitely saved money using PowerDMS.
I like having employees sign off on new or updated policies. This way we can tell who has looked at the policy and who has not.
