Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I've used Prezi in previous roles throughout my career in Public Relations. It was not widely used by my current or former employers, but I used it from time to time for various presentations. Prezi is a nice alternative to PowerPoint for people who would like a different style of presentation.

Pros and Cons

Variety of design options
Different style of presentation (i.e., not typical PowerPoint format)
Easy integration of multi-media assets

User experience can be a bit funky
Not as easy to format consistently
Less formal than a traditional PowerPoint or Keynote presentation

Return on Investment

I don't think that this product has had a significant impact on my business. I don't use it as regularly as other presentation software.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Office 365 and Keynote Systems

I think Prezi is less professional than the others. It can be more creative and fun, but not as widely used in traditional or formal business settings.

Cision PR Software, Critical Mention, Google Drive

Likelihood to Recommend

Prezi is great for a school or higher education presentation. The different elements of its experience are great for presentations on specific subjects. However, I would not use Prezi in a formal business setting as the content is more casual and harder to format. In my opinion, it's not as professional (or widely used) as some alternatives.
