Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

Printfection is our preferred vendor for all internal company merchandise. From employee appreciation to individual org initiatives, we have partnered with Printfection to make these projects come to life. They have a decent selection of merchandise to choose from, and the accounts team is very communicative.

Our experience with customer support at Printfection has been stellar. We love our account manager and the support she provides to help us stay on track with projects and coordinate shipping, storage, design approvals, etc. She is easy to get ahold of and can often help fast track last minute needs.
Our standing relationship with Printfection and our partnership with their customer success teams have been the largest selling point. They take care of us too well.

Working with Printfection on new-hire kits was a breeze! They helped us select key items to be included, were communicative in the design and delivery process, and store our kits in their warehouse to be sent out to new employees as needed. Working with the accounts team has been especially supportive. They are always willing to help problem solve and be flexible with our needs.
