Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use ProCore on an executive level down to a field level to bridge gaps between our different areas. It helps to open up lines of communication with all people involved in the project from our company as well as with the construction managers of the projects. ProCore has helped us streamline the operations aspects of our projects.
  • Easy to use web based interface.
  • Great customer service.
  • Makes information available at your fingertips that historically would of been hard to access in the field.
  • The iPhone app could use some functionality improvements.
  • There have been some server issues that have caused us to be booted off at peak usage times.
  • A document preview function would be a plus.
  • We have saved countless hours by using a ProCore on the management side.
  • It may take a little longer to set up and input than other systems but once it's in there it's extremely easy to use.
  • The simple fact that our field level guys can pick it up and use it basically without issue is proof enough that a ProCore is worth the investment.
ProCore doesn't necessarily outperform the [competitive] software but when used in conjunction, it has helped us to lessen our footprint on the earth by allowing us to go paperless in many areas of our company.
Our project managers love using ProCore because it allows them to easily and instantly share important information with our site superintendents in the field. I haven't encountered a scenario where ProCore wasn't helpful.
