Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being used across the whole integration. It really opens the door for dynamic scheduling, information sharing, plan files, RFIs and submittal logs/workflow audits, etc. It's been really valuable in streamlining documentation and keeping everyone on the same page. It has also helped standardize procedures keeping everyone entering job data in the same way.
  • File Sharing - it provides quick, up-to-date access to job files.
  • Mobile App - this is a great tool for those working out in the field, providing quick access to all project-related items.
  • Easy to Use - Procore is very user-friendly, and easy to teach even those that struggle with technology.
  • Some smaller items, such as not being able to add someone to a projects directory when not in the directory tool (i.e. to a submittal workflow) without exiting that tool and starting all over again are a pain.
  • Bidding Process - does not allow bidders to view bid documents/drawings/specs online, they have to first download the bid package. Depending on sub size, this has been a big deterrent on getting them to bid jobs if the package is too large for them to download easily.
  • It has really helped us streamline and standardize our processes.
Definitely well-suited for general contractors who are constantly using subcontractors. I'm not sure it would be particularly appropriate for architectural firms, or smaller general contractor firms.
