Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is a useful management tool and is helpful to my company, but I don't have any other management software to compare it to.
Procore has many functions that allow users to make it almost a one stop shop for all of their management needs. But there might be better tools for specific aspects, such as bidding.
Procore is being used across my entire organization as a project management tool. It helps field teams to actively manage their projects and share information.
  • RFI management. Procore allows for users to submit RFIs and send them to the specific person that should be answering them.
  • Procore helps with drawings and specification management. By uploading drawing sets you can manage which sets are shown to subcontractors.
  • The bidding section is not particularly user friendly. Too much clicking and screens to go to and back from.
Yes, this is a key benefit of Procore. Being able to answer questions or access files from the field or the office or even on the train is incredibly useful.
  • Increased efficiency in being able to access all of a projects relevant files and information from anywhere.
  • If a subcontractor is not familiar with Procore it can be a challenge to get them to use it.
Procore works well for small to medium sized projects. For larger projects it can become cumbersome and unwieldy.
