Procore can be successfully implemented for any team as long as you have a strong teacher. While most parts of Procore resemble other programs there are a lot of tips and tricks that you can miss along the way if not told where to look. These little tricks can end up saving you tons of time.

Ease of Integration

I have worked with other programs that did the same process as procore, but it all comes down to functionality and user friendliness. Procore covers both of these and is still a powerful tool to keep you being productive at the same time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Procore in every step of the process from the start of a job to the end of it. We would not be able to work as efficiently and as quickly as we do without it. Procore has saved us many man hours and dollars. I highly recommend you try it in your company.

I have benefited from the collaborative effect that procore gives all people at all levels in the company. I can get or give assistance if I see something that needs to be updated or fixed. The office can communicate freely with the field and vice versa. as long as you have procore you can get the job done.

Bim360 and CMiC Project Management

procore is a great combination of Bim360 and CMiC. It takes the functions from CMiC and the user friendliness from Bim and combines them into one product.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is well suited for the office side. Sometimes it is a little difficult to convince a subcontractor in the field to use the product because it is just another device they have to carry around with them, but once they give it chance and see the benefits most wish they had used it sooner.
