Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used across the entire organization. I wouldn't say it addresses problems, but it has significantly improved coordination among project members and enhanced project management efficiency.
- Manages drawings very well
- Manages submittals very well
- Manages RFIs very well
- Formatting of a lot of the Procore generated documents needs to be easier to decipher. A lot of first time viewers of the documents (i.e. clients) struggle with them.
- The takeoff program in Drawings could be more user-friendly.
- There could be more options to manage how reminder emails are managed - i.e. on a person by person basis vs. per module.
We've benefited from the collaboration that Procore enables. Managing drawings, submittals, RFIs has never been easier.
