Overall Satisfaction with Progress Sitefinity
We use Progress Sitefinity to manage our public facing website. The platform is used primarily by our marketing team to add content such as landing pages and blog posts. Our IT development team works with Sitefinity to integrate with our internal systems. The CMS is very reliable and allows us to quickly update the content on the website without difficulty.

- Edit and publish content quickly
- Responsive support team
- The admin area UI - the layout feels a little behind the curve and isn't responsive
- Documentation and user guides are overly complex
- No ability to edit site CSS files directly from the admin area
- We integrate with Sitefinity on our customer enrollment process.
- Allows to create offer specific landing pages quickly
What Sitefinity lacks in community support and quality of admin UI - it makes up for in reliability, security and feature set.
