We use Projectplace to work together across different organisations, sharing files, communicating with co-workers, assigning and managing tasks and smaller projects.

  • The windows for commenting should be larger.
  • The way the comments are delivered in your mailbox could be better - it is a little bit overwhelming that you get an email for every comment that is made

Projectplace is much more refined and extended - includes everything in one product. Both the task management and the document handling.
It gives you an great overview of you and your team's tasks and the their progress. You are never in doubt whether you work in the latest file version. The fact that comments can be made on all levels - tasks, folders, documents - makes communication easy and relevant.
