Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
Projectplace is used as a tool to share files and write notes and questions to customers or consultant companies. By sharing files several consultant companies involved in the same project can know the last actualization of documents and draws.
We also use it to communicate in our local language because the projects aren't international.
- Adding files is quite easy.
- Organizing a project or whatever you want.
- Easy to be aware of changes, adds or comments in the projects you're working with.
- It's very good to have all the people working on a project informed of all the news related to the project.
- To get an email with a notification everymoment something has added or comment in the project.
- On the other hand getting an email outside the work journey is not always positive.
Projectplace is more useful and has many more functions.
