Overall Satisfaction with PRTG Network Monitor
We utilize PRTG for the internal monitoring of all network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, servers, and IP phones. PRTG is a one-stop shop for our monitoring and alerting needs as a small business with limited infrastructure.
- PRTG is extremely useful in reporting the basics.
- Simple interface.
- A number of sensors available to monitor.
- It can be overwhelming for the first-time user. I would like to see additional basic setup features.
- We are able to identify potential issues and resolve while avoiding downtime.
PRTG is much easier to set up and start using and pricing is much better.
