Qlik Sense has helped us uncover some areas we need to improve upon. By quickly being able to identify issues we are better able to respond to problems and be proactive to potential issues in almost every single department. We are able to dig deep into ERP transactions to find the root causes of the issues quite easily as well.
From the development standpoint, it's simple to get up and running with minimal issues. You can very quickly sort out good data from bad. It's such a powerful tool, I'm not sure we would be where we are now without it.

- Automatically loading the data on the schedule you want
- Ease of development
- Licensing costs
- Ability to scale back licenses, or modify license types - i.e. move users from Professional to Analyzers
- Suggestions for how to clean up synthetic keys
- I believe we are much more efficient now
- We work more on a proactive than reactive state now
I haven't used another product like Qlik. Minor playing with Tableau, nothing serious though.
