Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
As a higher education institution, our students, our faculty, and our staff have a need to survey. The functionality of Qualtrics, together with amazing support, both technical and functional, make it a key component to our success. It has been used to support student research, faculty research, and many administrative and staff needs. I cannot imagine a better survey product.
- Variety of question types.
- Ability to use their 'built in' mailer supporting sending of reminders and thank-yous.
- The quality of their technical and functional support knows no bounds . . . simply and totally excellent.
- it would be nice if we were able to sort accounts in creative ways . . . it would make deletion of accounts a lot less taxing.
- No negative impact at ALL
