We use qualtrics for user research and analytics.
- Qualtrics support is remarkable; I have never worked with a more helpful, intelligent support team.
- Rich functionality for all sorts of surveys.
- Very few. Just a built in spell check would be nice.
- Excellent for leads generation for our other products
- Helps us optimize our existing projects
