Overall Satisfaction with Quantum Metric

It is used for reviewing the session to see what errors the user is facing. Sometimes it is very useful in bot attack monitoring, spike monitoring, conversion, etc.
  • Writing query for a particular scenario is very easy.
  • Replay session feature helps to know what the TXN user journey is.
  • Conversion rate is very useful for making business decisions.
  • Details available in the logs are more then enough to analyse issues.
  • Historical time frame should be increased, at times we need older data to calculate the impact.
  • Dashboards are still complex.
  • Sometimes, we've observed latency issues when replaying if sessions are too long.
  • It has a high ROI whether it is related to web or app applications. It is one of the major tool used by the business.
  • It is meeting all our expectation after the updates. This is reason we rely on this tool, but still need support to address a few issues.
  • Acoustic Experience Analytics (formerly Tealeaf)
I found Tealeaf has many limitations related to logs and reviewing user sessions. Quantum Metric does not have these limitations.

Well suited if you want to know the user journey while doing a TXN, like what obstacles users are facing. You can review bot sessions and detailed information is available. Dashboards are still complex in Quantum Metric and it's difficult to calculate the impact compared to the historical trends.
