Overall Satisfaction with Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses

We are using the survey information collected across our entire organization. This has helped us determine the levels of engagement for our entire company as well as each department. This has helped us either confirm some of our thoughts of where the engagement levels are/were. This has also brought some new insights to our engagement levels that we were unaware of.
  • Provide detailed information for the entire organization engagement levels.
  • Allows you to break down the engagement levels by each department within your company.
  • Lets you create many different reports to help guide you to making action items you will work on to improve your workplace.
  • Making more recommendations on action items that you can work on and how you can roll them out in your company.
  • Instead of giving you all of the suggestions when you look for ways to use your action items they could make it to where the ones that are related to the actions items are the only ones that appear.
  • This was our first year doing the survey so we haven't had a chance to monitor our ROI yet.
We have used the Gallup Q12 before. Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys allow you to select questions you would like to use. This way you can focus on areas you would like instead of just using a survey that does not have any customization. You can also change the questions asked every year you use the survey.
This is well suited to give you a guideline of where your company is at and areas that can improve upon. This was our first year so I believe when we continue to use this it will show areas that we can still improve upon and areas that we have improved upon.

20 - They represent all of our managers and supervisors throughout our company for all of the different departments that we have at our organization.
1 - I am the one that has been mainly using the data that we received from the survey results.
  • Finding our employee engagement levels for the entire organization.
  • Finding employee engagement levels for each department.
  • Find out areas that we need to work on.
  • This was our first year using the survey so when we use it again we can track if we have improved on any of the areas we decided to work on.
Everything that I had expected from the survey were delivered with a few more.

Very easy system to use. I also like how you can customize your survey to work on certain areas you feel are important at the time. They also provide you with a list of questions you can select from as well as implement any custom questions you feel would be beneficial.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We found out areas that we did not feel we would need to work on but the survey showed us differently. We also confirmed areas that we believed we needed to work on. They also provide you with suggestions on how you can work on some areas that would help improve others.

I never had any issues with the support that they provided us. Since I did not have any problems I would say this is exceptional support because they have a product that does not require much support. When I had a question it would get answered and they would show me how to do it.

I did not have any problems with it. The ease of use was great. If I had a question about anything they would answer it immediately or within a timely manner. They also were one step ahead providing me with information that I would need to know or use. They provide a great product.
