Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Quickbase is being used at my company in one location as a pilot for possible uses at multiple locations. Our particular use case is process monitoring on production lines. We will use the real time data to track efficiencies at an hourly level and have historical data to show performance.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Customizable
User friendly
Adaptable for multiple processes and departments

Cons

Some reporting looks busy and can be hard to customize.
Some features in beta are glitchy.
Summary reports are hard to manage effectively.

Likelihood to Recommend

Quickbase is well suited for accounting, Human Resources, medical facilities, places with inventory, government applications, small business and large, etc. I cannot think of any scenarios where Quickbase cannot be an asset to the company.
