Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use QuickBooks for all of our accounting and finance needs. We use it for invoicing all of our services. We also use it to track and pay all of our bills and invoices from out various vendors.

Pros and Cons

Invoicing
Bill Payment
Record Tracking

The task function is not as easily accessible as I would like.
Sometimes it is difficult to get some real-time help with issues.
I would like to see easier functionality in the changing of customer names, because it takes the payment off of that invoice.

Return on Investment

We have not been using it long enough to know about this yet.

Implementation

It wasn't too difficult to switch to. I wish there was a cheaper alternative than the live bookkeeping to get help with the implementation process though.

Cloud-Based System

We like it due to our employees being remote. Our managers also travel often and can access the information whenever and wherever they need to.

Industry-Specific Uses

It meets all of our needs so far.

Likelihood to Recommend

We love this service for its ease of use and functionality. It truly meets all of our needs. I assume once we get more familiar with it, it will be easier to use and we will find even more features that we can take advantage of.
