QuickBooks Online Advanced take you to the cloud!

I am using this for 1 month since I am new to the company as a remote worker. Quickbooks Online Advanced is being used by my company to record all the transactions. QBOA is easy to use and comprehend. It has a lot of features that we need. I think the pros of using QBOA are you can easily edit the Journal entries if you found some corrections, unlike other software that you can not edit anymore once you posted. You can also post a journal entries in an advance date. The cons are users can easily edit the data. [What] if other users accidentally delete the entries? I think you must have a feature of putting password to protect the data, like in microsoft excel so others cannot alter.

Its very easy to understand.
