QBOA - Easy management at a fair cost.

I use QB Advance to manage and process all financial tasks within the company. These include building quotes/estimates, invoices, paying expenses, recording payroll, etc. For a small business, it is a great way to maintain all relevant data in a single platform, reducing time and paper waste. Using QB, I can synchronize my bank transactions for easy monthly reconciliation and reporting. I also appreciate that I can provide access to our accounting professionals to prepare year-end tax and financial reports. All this allows me to manage and analyze financial information more efficiently and focus on other tasks that require my attention.

It was a seamless process when I transitioned from QB Desktop to QBPA. I was able to easily find instructions on how to transfer my files. I was up and running within minutes. Training videos were straight to the point and easy to understand and follow.

While I am the only employee that utilizes QBOA in our company, our CPA has access to our books. Considering we are both in two different states, it is easier for them to retrieve the data every month or as needed.
