Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

It is used by our bookkeeping department (one person) and by others in the organization. We use it for client accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and financial reports. There are others in the organization that are "expert users".

  • Entries can be easily made in prior closed periods
  • Modifications to reports are difficult
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Responses to client needs
  • Inexpensive to acquire and maintain
  • Sage One,QUicken
QuickBooks is ideal for most small businesses. It is easy and to use and is not costly. It is better for business use than Quicken. Since it is more commonly used than Sage it is easier to support.
QuickBooks is well-suited for most small businesses. As businesses grow larger the beneficial use is diminished.
