We started out using it just for quotes but since the info was already input we made new forms for customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and bills of lading etc.
- Storing and retrieving a list of the organizations I do quotes for on a regular basis
- Storing previous quotes/orders and the ability to find them
- Customizing the print forms to exactly what you want to convey to your customers
- I had to climb a steep learning curve with QW to learn to customize the product database and the form editor
- The version I use (4.0) crashes at least once a week and sometimes the PDF printer locks up
- Faster access to our quotes allows us to help our customers faster
- Quotes are turned around faster
- We don't purchase paper versions of purchase orders or bills of lading since QW can produce these out automatically
