Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is utilized by the Foundation Office in the hospital. Raiser's Edge NXT with support from Raiser's Edge provides a user-friendly donor management system with built in artificial intelligence that streamlines processes and increases productivity. In the past 13 months since our conversion to Raiser's Edge NXT, there is a significant decrease in the number of reports requested because so many of the lifetime giving or various reports are built in and easy to use.

- Giving potential identified for each donor
- Blackbaud open to suggestions. Has implemented several ideas from our office to improve functionality.
- At this time, Raiser's Edge NXT is a perfect solution for Major Gifts Officers and Executives. The functionality has not been built out yet for the database management side or gift management. This creates a disconnect between employees on who or where to go to do certain tasks. This will continue to improve as Blackbaud rolls out more functionality.

Operational efficiency was a prime motivator to move to Raiser's Edge NXT and has been achieved. Whether it is a Major Gifts Officer looking to see a donor's lifetime giving or looking at actions or notes on a file, each user in our office has become significantly more independent with Raiser's Edge NXT.
In regards to increased revenue from new and existing donors, I feel this is a more challenging outcome to document; however, with the artificial intelligence that is built in, we can track actions and resulting gifts. This helps visually see where you efforts are having the largest impact.
Our IT department was strongly in favor of moving to the cloud-based Raiser's Edge NXT. As the only department in the hospital to use this product, it was hard for IT to support the product as effectively and timely as we needed. With the migration to cloud-based Raiser's Edge NXT, all of the support is provided by Blackbaud. Quickly and efficiently.
Finally, Raiser's Edge has increased scalability due to moving to being cloud-based. With quick, efficient support from Blackbaud and a streamlined avenue to deploy new options from Blackbaud, we truly feel the sky is the limit!

Blackbaud does provide a portfolio of related products. During the transition to Raiser's Edge NXT, we were able to streamline our portfolio by eliminating NetCommunity and focusing on Online Express. I believe that the technology experts at Blackbaud are continually improving the products both included with Raiser's Edge NXT and additional options. In addition to Raiser's Edge NXT, our office also has Financial Edge NXT and Research Point. Each of these products all our office to function at the highest level of productivity.
I have experience with management systems ranging from something as basic as Excel to Access to other more generic CRMs. Hands down, Blackbaud provides the gold standard products. The Raiser's Edge NXT deploys cutting edge technology and donor management processes to ensure non-profits are equipped to be successful.
