Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is used by development staff and board members to manage donor solicitation. We needed a web-based solution that was simple to use. We were sold on the wealth management tools and reporting. Unfortunately, neither delivers useful information so we must use an outside wealth engine and continue to report through Raiser's Edge 7.
- Captures information in one place with a nice UI.
- Allows multiple users to access software via the web.
- Better interface than using Raiser's Edge 7 to capture information.
- Wealth engine provides inaccurate information. We have many major donors who have either limited or no information.
- Impossible to report from the software.
- For wealth scoring, would like report by ranking.
- Operational Efficiency
- Increased revenue from new donors
There has been no increase in revenue as a result of using NXT, and given the additional expense, it is actually a negative.
We have struggled with the Blackbaud products for 3 years. We have a lengthy history with tech support. Given that we are an IT company ourselves, developing healthcare software, I am confident that the issues are with the products, not our staff.
