Overall Satisfaction with Read&Write
Read&Write has helped us address the problems that all employees, not just neurodiverse employees, face when writing and reading on their laptops. We have pushed this out to all employees to remove the need to request assistance, and they can use it when they want. This has helped me from the perspective of my learning and CIPD. The highlight tool is excellent, and knowing that the autocorrect function is catching any mistakes is EPIC!
- Autocorrect
- Highlight
- Screen masking.
- Dictionary
- Website/PDF playback.
- Some autocorrects are wrong, and if you don't highlight to me what you've changed, I may not see it until I hit send!
- Thesaurus or synonyms would be super helpful!
- Neurodiverse and other colleagues feeling more comfortable.
- Employee engagement within the tool has been high.
- Free for families means that EVERYONE can be involved.
It means so much! Seamless, stress-free working has been promoted, and people not needing to ask for help remove any stigma because it's just accessible to them!
R&W does SO MUCH MORE. I would love a 'tone checker' function, as some people with autism may struggle with how their emails/messages come across, but other than that, there is no comparison between these two tools.
