Overall Satisfaction with Recurly

We serve emerging and professional speakers with a unique subscription based service. We offer multiple membership levels with options to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel directly by the user. Implementing Recurly has ended the late office nights manually updating accounts. Its API has also enabled us to monitor user activity in real time.
  • Analytics of new versus renewing revenue
  • Analysis of subscriber retention
  • Managing subscription plans for individual clients
  • We'd like to see the revenue statistics update in real time. Currently there seems to be many hours or even a day before the numbers reflect new orders.
  • Providing an interface for our subscribers to manage their own accounts has simplified our business tremendously. This alone has freed up hours of our staff's time each day.
  • Many customers receive new credit cards due to expiration or fraud. The time we spent in updating this information prior to using Recurly's Revenue Recovery feature versus now is significant.
Zoho Invoice is great, but it is not as comprehensive as Recurly.
If you are managing a subscription service Recurly is a fantastic solution. If you are a small business with little to no IT background you may have trouble implementing all the bells and whistles offered by Recurly.
