Overall Satisfaction with Retainly

We used Retainly to improve customer retention. As it is a Marketing Automation tool, we needed it to build well-performing communication with our customers aiming to keep the bounce rate as low as possible. We needed a tool that would allow us to perform A/B tests (email&webpush) within one workflow.

As for me, the workflow creation process is just great. It allows for creating custom interaction with the client base. Also, our team adored the way A/B tests can run as part of different workflows.
