We were looking to save on our annual SAP support and additionally get more efficient and personalized support. When we started our support with Rimini Street we obtained an immediate saving of 50% and with the onboarding sessions they were able to fully learn about our operation and so when we present a problem related to support the response time is faster, in addition we have the same engineer support assigned to our account when we open a support ticket.

My main selection criteria initially was the savings that I was going to have annually with SAP support and with those savings convert them to the available budget for strategic IT projects. Additionally reducing our SAP support and maintenance costs we avoid an expensive, disruptive and unnecessary move to S/4 HANA
Rimini Street has a great team from the presale where they clearly explain all the scope that you will achieve by changing your support scheme with them. Once the contracts are signed, the onboarding phase begins immediately where you meet the entire support team, the way they work and they introduce you to the engineer who is going be assigned to your account. When raising a support ticket, the assigned engineer always accompanies you, even when the ticket is assigned to another area within Rimini. In general, they know very well all the functionalities of SAP and have never left me with a problem without solving.
The most attractive part is the immediate money savings you get since the first day. Rimini's support is very fast for failure problems in basis general with SAP, but it is a little slow when it comes to mandatory improvements that have to be made due to Mexican law regulations.
