Rimini Street

Our only PM experience was with the transition where they have a well document process that is well understood by their practitioners. They are clear on their communication to customers around the plan and expectations. Induction process is well established and well presented.

Mostly good, but one over aged ticket. If change request estimate can be provided quicker, it will be better.

The way Rimini Street manages their support is excellent.

Rimini Street has good Project Management Capabilities.

Cannot answer this as I have not experienced this aspect of their operations. I have selected the mid-point, otherwise this may skew my otherwise good experience with them thus far.

Migration project was managed and completed on time and with no major issues.

The project management during our onboarding was always on task and great at following up when our staff members were lagging on deadlines.

It wasn't a project, but I can say they did a great job following up on tickets and pushing them to resolution.

The deliverables are met as per expectations.

Apart from the onboarding, we have not leveraged project management services from Rimini Street.

Rimini Street have a good team and all of them get together in creating a good project plan.

Well established process that Rimini follows. Their website seems to be well organized and helpful and very easy to use. They seemed to have taken the time needed to design their needed processes to support fellow customers in a timely manner and with access and understanding needed to provide the best support.

Other than the onboarding, we have not leveraged project management services. Onboarding took much longer than expected to establish connectivity. Minor cost overruns for archiving effort on HFM side. It was inexpensive but still more than planned.

We are using Rimini Street for technical support

Everything was managed well by the Rimini Street assigned PMO. They kept all parties on track to completion and monitored and reported on any issues before they became problems.

We have not done many projects after the initial move to Rimini.

Rimini Street has a great team from the presale where they clearly explain all the scope that you will achieve by changing your support scheme with them. Once the contracts are signed, the onboarding phase begins immediately where you meet the entire support team, the way they work and they introduce you to the engineer who is going be assigned to your account. When raising a support ticket, the assigned engineer always accompanies you, even when the ticket is assigned to another area within Rimini. In general, they know very well all the functionalities of SAP and have never left me with a problem without solving.
