Rimini Street has already been our service provider from a login time because of their expertise in Production Support.

Company executives decided to stop having direct Oracle Support based on getting savings. As an employee and an Oracle DBA, this decision was and is out of my control, but this team and their support seem to be an excellent alternative and my experiences with them have been very sufficient for what has been needed to be supported as a second set of eyes and sometimes outside our expertise.

Rimini Street has provided exactly what we signed up for with regards to Oracle EBS 11i overlay support. They have helped us solve issues with: had excellent references. Oracle could not provide the support we needed for Oracle EBS or HFM 11.1. Cost of services (better than competition). Knowledge of technical sales team in how to negotiate with Oracle and to clearly understand our environment. Small proof of concept completed during sales cycle - demonstrate ability to fix an issue that Oracle couldn't fix for us.

We choose Rimini Street as our service provider due to excellent services offered to our other business entities. We got good feedback from business leaders to explore Rimini Street. When we initially stated on boarding to Rimini Street. It helped us in a smooth free transition. It helped us with required training. Rimini Street UI is simple and easy to use

Rimini Street seemed to have a stronger reputation and background in doing what we were asking them to do. The pricing was a criteria and they were very competitive in that regard. The professionalism of the team helped us feel confident this was going to work out as planned and it did.

The initial reason was to save money and other companies had given positive reviews of their support and expertise.

My main selection criteria initially was the savings that I was going to have annually with SAP support and with those savings convert them to the available budget for strategic IT projects. Additionally reducing our SAP support and maintenance costs we avoid an expensive, disruptive and unnecessary move to S/4 HANA
