Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Meetings

We use RingCentral to add functionality to our CRM. The two main things we use it for are: 1) phone numbers with texting capability for our sales reps, and 2). demo requests and video conferences. It's a great tool and it helps connect our team and the technology that we use.
  • CRM integration
  • Screen sharing
  • Overall video quality
  • Some of the features and functionality are not easy to find.
  • It gets a little pricey if you want more features.
  • After a meeting, it asks you to rate the meeting, which is kind of annoying every single time.
  • More efficient team meetings (saved time).
  • Better demo requests with potential clients.
  • Better data integration with our CRM and calendar.
Ring Central is a great tool for larger teams. It's built on Zoom's platform, which is simply a very well made tool. People complain a lot about glitches and issues with Google Hangouts, but with Zoom and Ring Central, all we ever hear (and experience) are good things. So far it works great.
Ring central is a great tool for video conferences if you have a team larger than 10. If you have a small team, you can probably get by with a free tool like Google Hangouts or something similar. But when your groups get larger, Ring Central is very helpful as it simply works well without bugs.
