Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RC for all types of communication within the office. We get billing codes from another department, so it has improved our efficiency. We communicate with our clinical staff, and our DME staff uses RC for communication with the front desk for patient arrivals. The chat groups have been instrumental in improving our internal communication.
  • The chat feature is amazing - it has been very helpful with our practice.
  • Reporting, I could use more robust reporting.
  • Chat options.
  • Video/meeting options.
  • Mobile platform.
I have not had any issues with downtime.
Increased communication with groups inside our practice as well as outside parties.

RingEX has been helpful with internal communications via the chat option. It is also so helpful to have the meeting options. I will just send a meeting request and jump on which has been super helpful when information needs to be relayed quickly or a topic needs discussing.
