Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RingEX for our Reps in order to keep their personal phone numbers private. I am an admin within RingEX and often use the product to troubleshoot for our reps. The overall problem would be the look and feel of RingEX admin center. It is cluttered and I personally believe it could be simplified to be cleaner and easier to navigate. I do enjoy their customer service they are fast to respond and quick to fix.

Reliability and Availability

I would say overall RingEX provides everything you need in terms of reliability and service. When I have an issue it is normally solved quickly by reaching out. I think overall it is a great product would enjoy some tweaks to clean up the admin center, but other then that great product.
