Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
RingEX is very user friendly. The admin back end is easy to navigate. When calling customer service they are very helpful and wont end the call until the problem or question is resolved. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone I know looking for better phone services. Before I chose this product they walked me through the entire process and how it worked before deciding to choose this product.

- I haven't gotten to a particular part that I think needs changing
- I haven't used the service long enough to have big issues
- I haven't had the Ring service long enough to give a correct answer
The RingEX app has made call transferring and communication much better and easier for our office. We no longer receive dozens of calls because callers now have the option to choose who they would like to speak to before it rings our office line.
I'm unsure of the service we used to use.
