Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

RingEX is our company's only phone system. We utilize it for in-office employees, as well as remote employees through their cell phones. It's a great system for both types of users. The text and voicemails make it easy to connect with each other, but most importantly, our clients. Our agents are always working, so this system makes it easy for them to stay connected.

  • It does take a long time to get help if you call in rather than use the chat option
  • Customer service is better with easy to read talk to text voicemail email features
  • Admin Portal is helpful to fix agent issues in a timely manner
  • Chat feature on the RC website is helpful when an issue comes up and I don't have time to call in
As far as the chat feature, yes, RingEX is very helpful... In terms of the account manager responding to calls and emails, not so much. I haven't had the best experience with our current account manager getting back to me when an issue has arisen. The portal can be difficult to navigate when something random comes up, but when an agent is available to chat, they usually find a solution within the first conversation, which I greatly appreciate.
RingEX is a one-stop shop for us. It's helpful to all our in-house and remote agents to have access to both their cell phones and the soft-phone systems. Having the ability to utilize the messaging system on both devices makes keeping in touch with their clients an easy tasks, especially when it is our busiest time of the year with open enrollment periods.

We have both in house and remote agents, and RingEX is perfect for both types of users. Remote agents can find their voicemails and text messages easily through the system. I answer the main phone line, and it's a great system to transfer incoming calls to both types of agents we have. I've used many different business phone systems, and I like the options RingEX has for me in the Admin Portal.
