Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

All of our employees are based remotely, and RingEX provides a seamless customer experience when calling our office. The phone tree system can be as simple or complex as you would like to make it. Additionally, it can be as creative as you would like, which really allows for a unique call-in experience for the customer that other platforms simply do not offer.
  • Easy to get help when needed.
  • Excellent analytics.
  • Never any connectivity issues.
  • Initial setup can be somewhat challenging.
  • Support staff is foreign so sometimes there is a tiny language barrier.
  • Phone number assignment doesn’t correlate to geographic area.
  • Increased productivity due to communication channels.
  • Cost savings due to app consolidation.
  • Advanced call routing options.
We have never had the service dropped.
The analytics help me to determine when I need to add additional staff members since we are 100% remote.
RingEX has a much more competitive cost and far more features!
