Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used to manage payroll, time & attendance, insurance (HSA/FSA), company documents, etc.
  • Time and attendance is very easy to manage, review, and approve as a manager for direct reports.
  • Easy for HR to share documents broadly with users that require a signature or just the attention of everyone, such as an employee handbook.
  • Great way to track paystubs and makes tax season a breeze for all employees.
  • Easier way to edit timecards.
  • System can crash frequently.
  • Rippling made it to where our company was able to switch over an entire team to annual salary comp from hourly easily.
