Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our organization uses Rippling to enable a single platform for benefits, payroll, retirement, and health. Business problems addressed include cost effectiveness, employee engagement and experience, and effective understanding and use of employee benefits. Alternative solutions were more fragmented and/or had limited UI capabilities, requiring employees to hunt around multiple locations for information. Rippling does a nice job of bringing everything into one place.
  • Simple, intuitive interface.
  • Consolidated information.
  • Integrated accounts - e.g. health benefits information available in app.
  • Integration is still a bit clunky - you still have to click around multiple levels for benefits information.
  • Easier direct connections to benefits vendors and logins.
  • Not all information is available in-app - limited higher level benefits information only.
  • Still in the first year - to be determined.
  • Overall cost savings.

Intuitive, coordinated, consolidated.
Rippling is well suited for transitioning off of legacy platforms for a more modern, unified, coordinated experience. It's especially nice to be able to navigate end-to-end from benefits education and selection, to management, to regular engagement and benefits review. Forward-looking organizations that are focused on employee and consumer experience would do well with a solution like this.
