Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling makes the process of selecting and understanding healthcare, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits exceedingly simple. I've used them multiple times now for enrollment elections. In past systems, both at my current company and at other companies, the process of us going through all the options for healthcare (in partcular) and other insurance benefits could be an all-evening affair, and would entail us pulling up providers' websites to look up plan PDFs and parse all the information in them until we finally arrived at a decision. With Rippling all the key plan details are laid out for us within the app, including those PDFs that we would often have to dig for. I just sat down with my wife and got the entire process of healthcare elections done in less than 30 minutes.

The payroll, W4, and health savings card management get solid honorable mentions here too. I can log into the app and quickly pull up any/all of my historical payments, the current amount of cash remaining on my HSA, and change my W4 elections in seconds (to reflect the addition of some young members to the family). Ripping is a one-stop shop!

I've never contacted Rippling support because I've never really had an issue that I couldn't resolve from within the web app or mobile app.

The web and mobile applications are highly intuitive and avoid the pitfalls of overloading me with information that I am unlikely to use or that could convolute my decision making. On things like W4 selections, healthcare, HSA management, etc. Rippling provides just the right amount of information so that I can get what I need and move on.
Small businesses like ours that really want/need the simplicity of a one-stop shop system for a whole suite of HR/people management needs are ideal for Rippling. As a SaaS company, we generally don't have the staff to manage multiple complex HR systems, so Rippling really makes life easier for our small HR team. The fact that Rippling also offers a REST API comes in handy for me because I use it to ingest our employee data so into our BI system for reporting purposes.
