Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling provides a convenient, one-stop shop for employee and HR related items that could be cumbersome to manage without a system of its kind. It's user friendly and easy to navigate. Onboarding was a breeze for our team, who switched over from a different platform. Getting set up took almost no time.

Support provided within the platform has been sufficient in resolving any needs related to my usage. There hasn't been a time where I needed to contact a tech support team or send an email, which goes to show that the plaftorm is digestible for anyone to figure out. No complaints so far.

User-friendly. All in one solution that can save companies from tracking different items in several different places. Users can choose to adopt as many or as few sections and elements of the platform as they choose. It's been great to start with basics like payroll and PTO. We may end up ramping up to use some of the other components, too.
We are fairly new to using Rippling, but the transition has been a breeze. The user interface is easy to navigate and documents are easy to retrieve. Automated messaging from Rippling on pay days has also been convenient. I'm confident I'll be able to easily find documents at the end of the year.
