Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Not using the HR capabilities.
I am the office manager at a small commercial real estate office. We switched from QB payroll to Run to process bi-weekly payroll and handle deposits and tax returns.
  • Processing is easy.
  • The support is horrible once setup was completed.

I have questions regarding the G/L setup that only came up when the first quarterly tax deposit had to be made. I am the only one in the office and cannot stay on hold for hours or have a call back at a time when I cannot talk. I have spent hours trying to get my question answered without success. The support is not what I am used to with ADP.
